The FLEETWATCH System
The FLEETWATCH Fluid Management System is a powerful combination of hardware and software providing reliable and accurate, real-time control and data acquisition for vehicles, employees, fuel/fluids and tank monitor systems. Fleetwatch can then use this data to generate dozens of useful reports and/or automatically pass it along to a VMS system in real-time or at specified times of the day.
- Track vehicle mileage
- Monitor fuel and fluid usage
- Schedule preventive maintenance
- Reconcile fluids, etc.
FLEETWATCH supports both Virtual Environments and hardware servers. The scalability of SYSTEMController hardware makes it capable of accepting nearly limitless data inputs and controlling large numbers of flows and devices. The versatility of the SYSTEMController allows any combination of control/data capture modes.
Example of versatility:
- Two service lanes in "single lane mode" for fueling one bus at a time per lane
- Three maintenance bays, up to 16 fluids controlled by a single Remote Island Head (RIH) in "select bay mode"
- A non-revenue fueling position in "select hose mode" to fuel, for example, a diesel work truck and an unleaded support car at the same time with one RIH.
The power and flexibility of the FLEETWATCH SYSTEMController is virtually limitless.
System Monitor Software
The key to the SYSTEMController's power and adaptability is the special System Monitor software package installed on the controller.
System Monitor
- Provides real-time monitoring of activity on the fuel islands and maintenance bays
- Displays a real-time visual interface to tank monitor systems
- Can be set up to automatically generate reports and alerts.
System Monitor software supports any size transit customer, large or small.
Data Tools Software
The FLEETWATCH. Data Tools is a user-friendly, web-based database front-end designed to interface with the SQL database created by System Monitor.
Key features of Data Tools
- Can send email and/or text message alerts for many common issues as they are identified
- Allows users to view and edit data in an intuitive Web-browser
- Grant access to users based on need, from read-only users, to power users, to administrator-level control
- Run and schedule reports including vehicles, employees, tank reconciliation data, and more!
